Registration Forms
ALL COMPLETED FORMS AND PAYMENT SHOULD BE SUBMITTED AT OR PRIOR TO OUR SEPTEMBER PACK MEETING
Any NEW scouts need to complete an application form.
New and returning scouts need to complete an updated health form. This form must be updated every year.
All 1st through 5th grade new and returning scouts need to complete a popcorn commitment form.
Forms can be printed from the links above and submitted via email to Marisa Walz (marisawalz@gmail.com). Alternatively, you can bring completed forms to our registration night event at Hawthorne on August 30, 2023 or the first Pack meeting on September 8, 2023.
2023-24 Registration Fees
Please use the below table to determine your scout's registration fees.
Please note: Some of our optional activities such as campouts and museum overnights may also require participants to pay some of the cost of those activities. These costs are passed through expenses related to the cost of the activity.
Payment Options:
There are three convenient ways for you to pay the annual registration fee:
Check: Make checks payable to Pack 24. This can be submitted in person at the registration night event on August 30, 2023 or at the first Pack meeting on September 8, 2023.
Zelle: You can make payment to the Pack’s treasurer, Jeff Krol, by using his email address: jeffreykrol@gmail.com.
CheddarUp: New option for 2023-24. This service allows us to accept payment via credit cards. When paying via CheddarUp, you will be responsible for the payment processing fee of 3.59% + $0.59. Click here to make a registration payment using CheddarUp.
Parents - The Pack Needs Your Help
The Pack always needs parents to help plan activities and stay actively involved to make the Pack successful! Specifically, we are looking for one or more volunteers for a Lion (Kindergarten) Den Leader for our new group of Kindergarten scouts joining in 2023.
