Pinewood Derby
On your mark, get set, go!
Always one of the most popular events of the year, our Pinewood Derby is typically held at our March Pack meeting. Additional information and details are below. Email your Den Leader with any questions.
Pinewood Derby Workshop
We usually schedule a workshop a few weeks before the race. Check the Calendar for the time and date.
Learn the basics of Pinewood Derby construction, review guidelines for cars, and see tips on how to optimize your race day performance.
Pinewood Derby Weigh-In
Check the Calendar for the time and date. Weigh-in is usually one week before or the day before the race.
All cars must be weighed and inspected prior to race. The Pack will hold the cars until race day. No cars can race unless they are weighed, inspected, and turned into the Pack at the weigh-in.
